Eric Fullmer - Managing Director (eric.fullmer@novitacapital.com)
Mr. Fullmer is a founding partner of Novita Capital and heads the Financial Advisory and Venture Capital practice areas.
He was Co-Founder and Managing Director at Caoba Capital, a leading Private Equity firm headquartered in San Salvador.
Mr. Fullmer was also Senior Manager at Bain & Company, where he was a founding member of the Mexico City office in 1997 and later was based out of Sao Paulo, San Francisco, Zurich, and Dallas; he managed nearly $20M in consulting fees from 18 corporate clients around the world. He developed a focus on the turnaround of companies, including design and execution of "full potential" operational improvement programs, redesign and alignment of the organization, coaching of new senior management, and planning of financial restructuring and M&A activity.
Prior to joining Bain, he held a variety of engineering and business development positions in the energy industry with Amoco Corporation.
Mr. Fullmer, a citizen of Costa Rica, the United States, and Colombia, is a bachelor of science in mathematics from Berry College, a mechanical engineer from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Kellogg (Northwestern University).
