Martí Jiménez - Managing Partner (marti.jimenez@novitacapital.com)

Mr. Jiménez has experience in project management, consulting, and investment banking in Central America. He has led the creation and startup of three companies.  

Prior to founding Novita Capital he worked for Costa Rica-based Mesoamerica Investments, regional firm in merger & acquisition advisories, where he covered diverse businesses and industries throughout Central America including call centers, agro-industrial concerns, airlines, telecom, and building materials. Among other, he developed the valuation model for a $500M industry leader as well as carried out an active role in the sale process of a $100M+ equity stake. He has also worked in New York in distressed securities for the hedge fund Ramius Capital Group and as a consultant for Bain & Company in Colombia.

Mr. Jiménez has participated or currently participates on several boards of directors in the public and private sectors.

Mr. Jiménez, a citizen of Costa Rica, is an industrial engineer from the Universidad de Costa Rica and an MBA from Harvard University.


Eric Fullmer - Partner (eric.fullmer@novitacapital.com)

Mr. Fullmer is a founding partner of Novita Capital and his primary role is that of investment and strategy advisor.  

He is also currently a Managing Director at Caoba Capital, a leading Private Equity firm headquartered in San Salvador.

Mr. Fullmer was Senior Manager at Bain & Company, where he was a founding member of the Mexico City office in 1997 and later was based out of Sao Paulo, San Francisco, Zurich, and Dallas; he managed nearly $20M in consulting fees from 18 corporate clients around the world. He developed a focus on the turnaround of companies, including design and execution of "full potential" operational improvement programs, redesign and alignment of the organization, coaching of new senior management, and planning of financial restructuring and M&A activity.

Prior to joining Bain, he held a variety of engineering and business development positions in the energy industry with Amoco Corporation.

Mr. Fullmer, a citizen of Costa Rica, the United States, and Colombia, is a bachelor of science in mathematics from Berry College, a mechanical engineer from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Kellogg (Northwestern University).


Daniel Rubinstein (daniel.rubinstein@novitacapital.com)

Mr. Rubinstein has been part of the Novita Capital team since its inception and has obtained experience in project management and consulting.  

Currently he is Project Manager of Novita Capital’s first venture capital project. Among other, he has experience in the tourism, senior living, real estate and office supply sectors; as well as company valuation and financial models.

Daniel is an industrial engineer from the Universidad de Costa Rica where he graduated with honors at the top of his class.


Juliana Alexandre-García (juliana.alexandre-garcia@novitacapital.com)

Ms. Alexandre-García has been part of the Novita Capital team since August 2007. She has taken an active role in the different projects being executed by the company.  

Prior to joining Novita Capital she worked for Hewlett Packard as a Business Process Analyst, where she was responsible of reviewing, updating, standardizing and improving key customer related processes for the Global Solution Center.

She also worked for Intel Costa Rica at the Purchasing Department, where she was in charge of managing the corporate purchasing card.

Juliana is an industrial engineer from the Universidad de Costa Rica where her Graduation Project was postulated for the honor roll.

In addition, she is a senior student for the title of bachelor of business administration with emphasis in banking and finance at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia.
